It’s a great property with a great hot breakfast but it’s located in the middle of nowhere. Not much around other than a couple of small convenience stores and one eatery.

We stayed at the Hyatt House - Santa Fe from Nov. 3 through 12, 2025. We chose the hotel mainly for its proximity to the Centro Medico ABC - Santa Fe, which is directly across the street and accessible by a pedestrian bridge. Positives: the rooms are immaculately clean. We had large kitchen, sitting area and bedroom with two queen beds. The kitchens are nicely equipped. The seating area sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, but adequate. Bathroom was nice. The beds are quite comfortable. While on a busy street, the room was quiet. We liked the friendly and attentive staff. Most of the staff speak English. Our hall maid Isabel in particular was wonderful, helpful, efficient and greeted us each day with a smile and small requests were immediately taken care of. There is a small gym. The small swimming pool is closed for renovations. They have a small area next to the front desk offering snacks, drinks, ice cream and various junk food - at hotel prices. There are two convenience stores within the block. The included breakfast is especially nice with many options and eggs done to order. This is a real plus for this hotel. The coffee is Starbucks. Negatives: the restaurant for meals other than breakfast was variable. The pastas were barely edible. Overall, a good stay and good value.

Not worth the price. The room had paint peeling of the ceiling and the carpet needs cleaning. The app mentioned we would be getting complimentary drinks, no mention of that by the staff. Breakfast is ok, with a good variety of items, but they keep running out of food items and staff is slow to notice. Parking is expensive. Stay at a better place, this is very average.

Staff was excellent and fluent in English. Very convenient to Centro Medico ABC with connection by above-street pedestrian bridge. Included breakfast was good and especially convenient. Room service was fast and also convenient. Room included a complete kitchenette and sitting area separate from bedroom. Comfortable mattress and immaculately clean throughout the room.
