This was our second stay at La Campechena. Excellent location. Nice and quiet building. 24 staff on duty. We stayed in their only 2 bedroom which was in the basement. I would recommend getting 2 suites next time. It was a little humid down there. A/C worked fine but it felt damp and humid. Might be better at a different time of year. Overall a nice n quiet experience.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Condesa. Great for 1 person, max 2. Apartment was clean and very organized. Lots of built-in storage in bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen had all the appliances needed - besides refrigerator and stove, there was a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mini-split in the bedroom kept the room cool. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay in Condesa! Booked through Expedia and did not run into any issues at check-in. They did not require a credit card hold or a rental deposit (despite seeing reviews about this). Staff were very friendly and professional (though not super fluent in English). The area was very safe. You do have to buzz into the main entrance every time, which is a bit annoying. But the security staff are there 24/7. Loved how there were free bike rentals and free laundry facilities in the basement. They offer housekeeping if you need.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at La Campechana, a few notes: pros - location was awesome, we saw a lot of neighborhoods but liked ours the best by far - staff was very friendly and helpful, they left us a bottle of wine because we were having water pressure issues - apartment was clean and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen - continental breakfast included which we didn't know cons - water pressure is not great, it would occasionally be good and i know the staff was doing their best, we did some research and i think this is a common thing in mexico city with water restrictions - the air conditioning unit is only in the bedroom so the main room can get quite warm, there are fans but they didn't do a ton on really hot days - we booked a deluxe apartment which appeared online to have a good sized private balcony but our balcony was tiny with no chairs on it, there was a large shared patio outside our door which was nice but we wanted a private balcony

We had a great stay at La Campechana. We stayed there for a week and it was a great base for exploring CDMX. Room was clean and full of natural light, bed was very comfy. The neighborhood was quiet at night but a easy walk to more lively parts of La Condesa and Roma. Security guards at the door were nice and welcoming each time. Would recommend.

La Campechana is a beautifully located, clean and secure apart hotel. The kitchen is very complete and it even includes a washer dryer. There is 24 hour security with a person at the front door who opens it and lets you in. I would definitely stay again.
