Hotel was clean. There was no hot water for the 2 nights of my stay & no communication was received from the staff regarding any repairs.

It's a small room simple but the bathroom design is terrible. The water from the shower ended up under the bed and wetting the bedding and out stuff. Made the stay really uncomfortable.

If you are looking for a place to sleep, it does the job (quarters are tight and there aren't any perks). The room appears to be recently remodeled.

Cheap pricing, great location. Everything is at a walking distance BUT it gets way too noisy and you can literally hear someone snoring from 2 rooms away! Would I stay here again? Yes if I’m trying to save money. The room is pretty clean but both times I stayed here both times I found hair on sheets or ground, especially in the shower drain big hair balls. But the staff is nice. Beds are comfy.

Es un hotel super limpio está en la mejor área si quieres estar cerquita de la basílica además cerca de la línea 6 del metro donde puedes transbordar tranquilamente hacia rutas como estacionamiento norte donde solo tomando un bus te lleva hasta Teotihuacan o si quieres ir a Chapultepec dos trasbordos y llegas alrededor tienes de todo donde comer comprar miles de recuerdos

Esta muy comodo y muy cercas de la vasilica, solo que hacen mucho ruido en la madrugada, la señora del tuno de noche se pone alimpiar con la musica con el volumen muy elevado. No importa que limpie con musica solo que la pone muy fuerte en las noches.
