Good hotel located at a nice location, with english speaking staff. The reception and the room cleaning staff was friendly. There is a restaurant attached with the hotel that has very nice food options, including the buffet. I wanted to checkout late and was willing to pay for the extra hours, but I was told that it was not possible at all. But I stayed in the hotel in the reception area and deposited my luggage until the evening.

Fun Weekend with Friends

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mexico City, located right in the Reforma area. The location was perfect, close to so many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it super convenient to explore the city. Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our room was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mexico City!

The roll in shower in the accessible room needs some redesign, and they should construct a pocket door otherwise the wheelchair user needs to back into the shower, close the door and then get to the toilet. What I really liked was the friendly staff, the doormen, the waiters, the housekeeper. Wish they had filtered water instead of water bottles.

Horrible experience, our air conditioner broke and the room was extremely HOT! They refused to give us a refund or switch us rooms. They attempted to fix the issue with offering us free breakfast. Stay away from this place, you been warned.
