Lives up to its name

Once I was able to get in contact with the host, the communication from them was excellent. This location can't be beat, on a quiet tree lined street and around the corner from a beautiful and slightly more commercial street with inviting restaurants and bars, shops. Extremely safe. The room was exactly as advertised from the online photos (of the room and the deck) on top. I love the self sufficiency of the check in process, and they were gracious enough to accept my luggage earlier and even bring it up to my room for me when the room was ready. I was several floors up, a walk-up, so that was even better. All communication was seamless and they were both responsive and proactive. I was surprised at how quiet the room was, even though my bedroom was streetside. The space was large with a kitchen/dining area, a sitting area and distinct bedroom. Very nice shower and bathroom and very clean. My only two minor issues is to let people know they may need to walk up /down several flights (not an issue for me) and the other issue is not having an outlet by the bed that I could locate anyway. If you like to have your phone nearby you charging and don't have a battery pack, it's a simple remedy of asking for an extension cord. I was just too busy exploring to get to it. I was debating between this and other neighborhoods, and loved this choice for me.
