Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Enrique and Daniel always greeted us with a smile and were eager to assist. Housekeeping also did an excellent job with daily cleaning. We wish the pool was a bit cleaner so we could have enjoyed more. The hot tub area had a strange smell so we choose not to utilize.

Convenient location, excellent service from Daniel at the entrance of the property. Always smiling and greeting. Excellent service by restaurant staff with special mention to Oscar. Property needs upkeep of carpets. VIP status not recognized, water leakage in the bathroom reported and they asked what time it was convenient to come. I told them next day at 1pm and they didn’t come. At night the bathroom was flooded. They offered to fix it then but was late in the evening and wanted to rest. Fixed the next day after confirming they were coming.

UNNOTICEABLE, but WELCOMING

AWESOME Hotel! Kind of hidden and at first unnoticeable. However once you pass the main door entrance it’s a welcoming space and all it’s within reach and fast access. Definitely recommended. Not your huge conglomerate, but a smaller nicer place to relax and rest.
