I rarely write reviews but I want to make sure I highlight what a wonderful stay this was. The hotel is a gorgeous old building in a quiet part of Condesa. The staff was helpful and almost always present with housekeeping everyday. Breakfast at the lovely cafe across the street was included with the room and we really enjoyed taking advantage of the lobby patio for a glass of wine. I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel during your next visit to CDMX!

Room was nice except TV remote needed batteries. Also no hair dryer. Coffee Nescafé pods not replaced after first day. We were in room 4 which was down one flight of stairs and up three flights. Difficult for seniors. One stairway had no railings. Daytime staff member was very helpful..
