Private apartment on gated building ideal for long or shortstays, vacation or work. Super nice Neighborhood and just minutes away from Condesa, Roma, Polanco and a lot more vía Uber or subway.



Great location and professionally managed. Close to shopping and restaurants, there’s a convenience store adjacent to the building.

Due to thickness on the building’s walls, wifi works great on most devices; on some devices with different antennas; wifi signal may not reach the bedrooms

Close to "Parque delta" a mall with all kinds of stores, groceries, banks & movie theaters just a 10 minutes walk.

There is an oxxo (24 hour conveniente store) downstairs for all momentary needs, payments, ATM, etc.

Host is really attentive & extra quick responding! always interested in doing a better job hosting and with excelent recommendations!

I strongly recomend to anyone visiting Mexico either for short or long term rentals!

The New building is on superb conditions, The elevator is always available and everything is super clean and impeccable.

El barrio es hermoso, céntrico, en una excelente zona de la ciudad, cerca de restaurantes, núcleos de negocios y zonas turísticas.

Se puede llegar caminando o en bicicleta a todos lados ya que esta muy bien conectada la zona, si no le gusta hacer esas cosas, hay una estación de camiones frente a la propiedad y el subway o metro a 3 cuadras, también están disponibles diferentes medios de transporte (Cabify, Uber, Taxi, etc.)
