This was a beautiful property in a great location. It is a busy area and you will hear street noise, but it wasn’t overwhelming and worth it for the accommodation. There is a beautiful roof top garden as well.

Great location, great building, friendly security staff at door, friendly and clear communication via email with property owner/manager, the lap pool was nice even in the cold January temperatures, and the room was fantastic. We enjoyed having a kitchen to make breakfasts and snacks, and it was nice having a Nespresso machine too. Would definitely be happy to stay again.

The apartment was very clean and neat. Very comfortable and in a excellent location in Condessa. During my visit the morning were cool and we did'nt have a space heater, keep that in mind. Amenities are good and the staff very friendly.

Long weekend in La Condesa!

My family of 3 stayed here for a long weekend. The property is immaculate, and very safe. We were provided with everything we needed. I used the gym, we spent some time on the rooftop, and we spent a fair amount of time in the room itself. La Condesa and many parts of Roma Norte were within walking distance. We felt safe walking that area, even in the evening. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely stay here again. The only con I can think of is that the building does not have air conditioning. They do provide fans. We were here in mid-may, and while not cold in the room, we were comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep!

Very conveniently located, clean, well-kept apartment. The only problem is with the water heater. It is too small for demand. The water is either very hot, or too cold, and not any way to keep it at a medium hot temp for a shower. So, no shower was satisfactory. Really, our only complaint.

It's a solid apartment. Not a 4 star hotel like listed in in Expediq. No daily cleaning. No room service. You have to go down to the entrance to pick up Uber Eats service. No AC. Other than that it's a solid apartment with security in a great location. The review is given because I was expecting more of a hotel experience like similar alternatives in the area for a similar price. It's not a 4 star hotel.

Excelente opción para hospedarte. Las instalaciones súper bonitas, limpias, las camas muy cómodas, en general un departamento muy acogedor, que te hace sentir como en casa. Buena ubicación. El personal del edificio es muy amable. Y la persona que nos atendió por whatsapp, por unas dudas que teníamos, se portó muy amable. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme en Lumina at Taman Condesa!
