Wonderful value in great location.

Was a wonderful place to stay, in a great location. Staff was super friendly and the hotel just felt really clean and nice. Great place to stay if you are English first language.

The room was really nice, the location was great. There’s lots of food nearby and it’s right a couple streets over from the Reforma. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend staying here.

So this was our 1st time at MXGrand, after lots of confusion about the booking.. all was good. The apartment is exactly as listed, quiet, clean and comfy. Nice free use of washer/dryer was an added bump. Service is excellent and very friendly. Javier was great. 2 call outs. Kitchen is basic appointed, limited cooking utensils, others properties provide more basics. The Remote/TV is always a struggle from smart/total play.. instructions/ fresh batteries would be a nice addition.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience MX Grand Suites during my recent visit to Mexico City. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The suite itself exceeded all my expectations - genuinely spacious with plenty of room to relax and unwind after long days exploring the city. Everything was well-stocked with all the amenities I needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The fast WiFi was perfect for staying connected, and the smart TV provided great entertainment options in the evenings. What really sets this place apart is the unbeatable location. The neighborhood is fantastic with an incredible variety of restaurants within walking distance - from local taquerías to upscale dining, there’s something for every taste and budget. Public transportation is extremely convenient too, making it easy to explore all that Mexico City has to offer without any hassle. I would highly recommend MX Grand Suites to anyone visiting this amazing city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality. The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean, with good amenities and located in a lively area with a lot of dining options and convenient to Chapultapec Park and many of the museums as well as Reforma. I took off a star due entirely to noise from construction which went on all day and went late and general noise in the area, which was a real issue for me as I was working from there and a light sleeper. I was warned about the construction by reception, but it went later than I expected. It's also on a street that's difficult to get to for taxis/Ubers when there is traffic, which is pretty much always in CDMX. There is a flight of stairs up to reception, which may be a consideration for people with mobility issues, but if you can make it up one flight an elevator is available. Had it not been for the noise, it would've been 5 stars as everything else was great.

We stayed at MX grand suites for 5 nights and it was a great stay. The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Not to add, the super king sized bed was incredibly comfortable! The waterfall shower pressure was also super! The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They ask for / check your room number every time you enter and exit the building so you feel safe staying there/leaving your belongings there when you head out for the entire day. Only minor thing is that the walls are quite thin. On our final night, there was a man who was speaking incredibly loudly on the phone at 4am. This is nothing at fault for the apartment complex though.. just unlucky we stayed the same time as that tenant.
