Lovely room - modern, clean and a very large comfortable bed. Air con was great. Very central location for the centro historico, 2 minutes walk to the zocalo and very walkable to many historic buildings. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice staff, allowed early check in. Clean room. Poor water pressure, they made it better. Hotel does not have heat. Asked and was offered another blanket. It never was brought to the room

The distance is far far away as offered. Ot took me about 45 minutes to get there from the airport and the route to get there felt dangerous.

The excellent service started before checking in! I wanted to book a car to pick me up at Mexico City airport. Not speaking any Spanish I was nervous about communicating with the reception desk staff. I need not have been - they put me through to an English speaker and arranged collection. Each of the five days we spent at NH Centro Historico, we were at the desk asking for advice and guidance. The staff were patient and accommodating - always. We also had breakfast and dinner at the inhouse restaurant where the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable for two people staying five days - we weren't longing for check out day. These guys really enhanced the NH Hotels brand.
