The hotel is wonderful, the bed was the best, the lobby was very cozy and the smell was great. We were greeted by Oscar when we arrive and he was very friendly and professional. All the staff was super friendly. The drivers were very efficient. We took a private tour to Puebla with Enrique , very friendly person. The best hotel in CDMX

Really enjoyed staying here - it was clean and convenient to everything. The hotel is also eco friendly which is a plus, and it felt safe with security and cards to access the elevator. The staff was so professional and the WiFi worked perfectly!!

First time going to this hotel after being recommended to it by a friend who visited Mexico City. THIS IS THE PLACE! I have visited many times and this is the first time that I have stayed in a play so PERFECTLY centered in the most touristic place you can stay in. EVERYTHING major is at a walking distance and the best part is that since it’s right where all the tourists visit, it is HIGHLY guarded by hundreds (not exaggerating) of police officers day and night.

Loved having breakfast in the bright and inviting dining room or out on the patio. Location meant that it was close enough to shop, visit a few museums and eat on foot and easy get to and from via Uber when necessary. Hotel lobby was pleasant to be in and room was well appointed and the bed was super comfy!
