The staff was terrific and the hotel had small clean rooms ( we had 3 different rooms -Roma was the largest). The hotel was conveniently placed near great restaurants and lovely parks. An Uber was 109 pesos from Centro. The internet was reliable. The hotel itself was quiet as the rooms were placed a distance apart with sound proof cement walls between. Dogs bark regularly but that is true all over CDMX. I would suggest that a chair be placed in the room so you do not have to lie on the bed to read and a mirror be placed over the sink so you can see to shave.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great price, clean, convenient, they cleaned room, portable heater, and perfect for solo short trip. Only downsides were hot water and pressure didn’t really work, only two outlets for one plug, and no blow dryer that was mentioned.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were big enough and beds comfy enough but nothing truly outstanding - probably the value you would expect with the price you pay. Breakfast was excellent and filling, made to order - a highlight. Location is in a very quiet neighborhood, extremely safe. Lots of food, coffee options close by. Close enough to the more happening and busy areas. Recommend using the Ecobici bike rental system!

Safe. Clean bed and timely daily turnover service. Nice, friendly staff. We thought it was strange that we couldn’t get in the hotel without buzzing and having someone open the doors for us. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. Very thin walls made it easy to hear other guests.

Excellent! This hotel is located in Condesa, walking distance from myriad dining options: restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, street food vendors, etc. Location is excellent! The area feels safe. We walked around at all hours of the night. You’ll have to identify yourself before entering the hotel each time, buzzing in via the intercom system. Although there is nightlife, the neighborhood is quiet. We arrived at 10 AM during the work week, an hour drive from the airport because of traffic. We left before 8am on a Sunday, less than 30 minutes back to airport. The property and room were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The wonderful staff are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend. I would stay at Parral 14 Boutique Hotel again.

First time staying at Parral 14 boutique hotel. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, safe , clean and perfectly located place to stay , Parral 14 should be highly considered. This is NOT a Sheraton style hotel. It’s small and has all the basics but not much more. Staff are professional and polite. My only complaint would be that the front main entrance door should be open between normal business hours so guests don’t have to use the call box every time they want back in. Also , the first night I arrived , I couldn’t even get in because the call box was not lit and couldn’t find the button. Fortunately , a nice older man showed me how to “buzz” the box as he walked by. I stood out there for 20 mins in the dark trying to figure this out. Couples should try to get one of the interior bigger rooms. More space.

Lovely little hotel in Condesa on a quiet street. The staff are all super nice. The breakfast was a welcome treat every morning so we could get our day started fueled up. It would be nice if the instructions noted you must ring a doorbell to be let in. When we arrived we weren’t sure how to enter as it’s fortified. Also, they do charge if you drink the tiny coffee pod in room and for the water. We were there during rainy season so room was comfortable. There isn’t ac and there was a big fan for when it’s hot. I would definitely stay again. There are all sorts of shops, restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk
