Location is perfect!!! Close to everything you may need. Customer service questionable Breakfast is good but very limited in terms of logistics. Price per night varies but I paid approx USD90 per night… totally not worthy however for USD70 it’ll totally fair due to the amazing location in Polanco

Internet does not work. I spent 4 nights and internet very unstable/horrinle. I complained and no improvement whatsoever. Noise starts early in the morning (around 5 AM). staff talking on the reception, phone sounds… all the sounds reverberates in the room.

Excellent service. The nighttime front desk employee knew my name before I told him who I was and checked me in in no time. I wish I had asked for his name. The room was simple, pretty, tidy—and so welcoming. And the bathroom feels like a six star hotel! Kudos to Chef Johan and his staff for a delicious breakfast with great coffee. Did I mention that the property is right in the middle of a very nice restaurant and shopping district with a beautiful park nearby? Can’t go wrong if you pick this place.

The room in the residence was nice and comfy but it wasn't very clean, and the furniture had some dust on it. There are a lot of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood that you can reach in a brief walk. The staff is very nice.
