No se respeto mi reservación en el hotel que solicite, me cambiaron de ubicación 2 veces y al final me querían dar una habitación, sin persianas, sin cobijas, sin internet e incompleta

Llegué de noche (mi vuelo fue de noche), al llegar a la propiedad toqué la puerta (no tiene timbre) y no me abrieron nunca, marqué al teléfono y tampoco me contestaron, estuve más de 30 minutos afuera de las instalaciones y nunca tuve respuesta. Tuve que buscar otro hospedaje, poniendo en riesgo mi seguridad porque se hizo de madrugada, pagar otro hospedaje. Al día siguiente regresé para hospedarme y vaya sorpresa, el lugar no es nada limpio, las fotos son engañosas los baños sucios y en fin. Decidí retirarme porque no me agradó el lugar. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Mi motivo para hospedarme fue un evento en el Pepsi Center el cual queda a unos pasos del lugar. Cumple con las 3B. Sin dudar volvería a pedir reservación ahí.

Si vas a un evento en el Pepsi center este lugar es muy recomendable, ya que puedes salir & entrar a la hora que quieras. & Esta cruzando la calle

Fue estadía muy tranquila Buenas condiciones,algunos detalles a cuidar y renovar del área de tazas de baño. Colocar el letrero de hotel, aunque se ubica fácilmente el Número, cuando no lo conoces te quedan dudas si, si corresponde a la hubicacion que buscas.

El personal muy correcto y amable. Las instalaciones malas. Eso de tener junto la cocina al baño y las regaderas deja mucho que desear. No es un lugar muy limpio y algunas de sus reglas son absurdas.

Está bien el lugar, excepto porque las habitaciones tienen los baños compartidos, los cuales están funcionales pero no son lo mejor, el mijitorio no funciona. No había chapa en la puerta de la habitación solo una llave 🔑 para pasador.

Está muy bien ubicado si la razón de tu viaje es algún evento en el WTC, el personal es muy amable y respetuoso. Las habitaciones individuales son una buena opción, las duchas están en la planta 1.
