The location is excellent! It’s right in the middle of everything—so many great restaurants and stores. The front desk help was lovely, especially Karla Sanchez, who promptly moved us to a better room when the one we were in was too bright. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and beautiful with a gorgeous view of the patio. My only concern was the noise from the restaurant next door. They play music until 2am most nights. Luckily, they provide a white noise machine which worked well to block out the sound. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Only suggestion I would have is NOT to rent a first floor room facing street side. The restaurant next door plays very loud music well into the am hours. Perfect stay in Santa Casa

Our stay at Santa Casa Tasman was fantasic. We loved the vibe of the hotel, small, unmarked door leading to a pretty courtyard and well designed rooms. It was a little oasis from busy CDMX, but also right in the middle of all the action. Rooms were well-design without being overdone and staff was friendly and accommodating.

The best place to stay in Roma Norte! The only downside is that there is no lift but that’s not a huge deal and the street side is really loud. Staff are so lovely and the building is amazing!

The hotel is in a beautiful and safe area, and it's super walkable to tons of restaurants and bars. Ubers were very accessible. I arrived a few hours before check-in, and the staff was kind enough to let me drop off my bags, which was a huge help. I'd seen some reviews mentioning noise, I personally found it to be quiet during my stay. The only downside was that the room and bathroom was extremely humid, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, a solid stay in a great location!

I was so excited to stay here and parts of the property are very beautiful however, during our stay, we found 3 dead cockroaches in our room. I understand this might happen due to being in the city, but it was still off putting. The staff offered a deep cleaning but I’m pretty sure they were laughing behind my back after I told them the issue. The shower could be cleaner but the room was nice. Beware of this location, it’s right next door to a club so it can get noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I definitely won’t be coming back.
