Bad house

The house does not look like the pictures online. Front security keypad didn’t work, needed to get a key delivered. Dirty house, broken couch, no shower curtains, dirty fridge, stains on walls and mirrors, tiles pop up in bedrooms as you walk on them. No hot water. Back door lock didn’t work. Was told management would come talk to us, never showed. Moved to hotel after 1 night.
