We booked this property specifically because they advertised their rooftop patio in all their pictures as a top feature of the property. But then when we got there we were told guests were not allowed to use it because it’s rented out for private event. So why sell something as a feature for guests if you try to sell it to others then guests can’t use it? Beds were hard and uncomfortable, and other than the rooftop patio which guests can’t use then there is nothing worth returning here.

Just Okay

1st time staying at this property and I was able to check in early (for a fee) on line. The 1st room we were assigned could not be entered because of the passcode. We were then moved to the 5th floor and we had one more issue with the keypad entry. Room was clean and average space. Our room didn’t have extra pillows or blanket so I ordered some but they never arrived. I had to go to the front desk to pick up extra sets of towels and when I requested a late check out the evening before I wasn’t informed until the morning that it was denied. The location is in a decent area as you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and even the Mall. However, make sure to keep your windows closed because the noise, traffic, etc. is NonStop morning, noon & night so sleep will be off/on. Also, no pool/jacuzzi is a real bummer but the terrace is pretty and spacious. Lobby is very tiny, and the gym is in weird location and has the basics of what you need for a quick workout.

The room was like a mini apartment, staff was attentive and friendly. Great for our stay with lots of space. A few hiccups were quickly taken care of. You must pay a separate fee for room service. Rooftop is quaint and modern just like the rest of the hotel. Although it’s on a busy street, yes it’s central to everything. We walked in every different direction and found plenty of food and shopping in the beautiful trendy neighborhoods. Recommend and would stay again!

Our room had issues with providing us with hot water. It would start off hot or warm then turn very cold about 10 mins in! Unbearable to shower that way! It’s a great location, awesome views, big enough room, just the cold water ruined a lot of my opinion on it. I’d stay here again as long as the hot water issue is resolved! AMAZING LOCATION! Close to EVERYTHING!
