The location was great & very walkable to great dining options & shopping. Our room was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful & professional. The Rooftop Bar was our favorite feature; the 360 views were amazing as well as the Mezcalitas! Our ULIV experience provided a realistic cultural feel of La Cuidad de Mexico! There is an opportunity to provide clearer instructions about arrival as the Hotel's entrance is not on the road that we get dropped off at (due to traffic regulations).

I really wanted to like this property, however, the room in which I stayed was so terrible it really ruined the other likeable features of the property. The room was dark, no natural light what so ever since it had no windows the outside. The air conditioning was ABYSMAL with the unit concentrating only on the bedroom area making it freezing to sleep while the rest of the apartment (particularly the living room area) felt unbearably hot. The hotel is noisy, definitely catering to young people who are smoking weed in their rooms and the whole place smells like it. Noise throughout the night is constant, and the rooms are very poorly insulated, so you will hear everything. The room looks amazing on the website, but it was so so disappointing in person. An absolute lack of any decoration, making it feel sparse and cheap. It feels like and elevated hostel more than a hotel. The only thing that really really saves this place is the rooftop terrace which is breath taking. I will not be staying here again.

This hotel is like a mini apartment, the room I booked was a small one bedroom apartment with an enclosed terrace and an outside balcony. The view was amazing. I walked to various places around Mexico City. I always felt safe, someone was always downstairs at the front desk. Checking in was simple and staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again or even try out another of their locations.

Mucho mejor de lo esperado, todo muy bien! La atención del front desk y del personal de limpieza, el departamento súper limpio y cómodo. El rooftop muy bonito y cómodo. Si tuviera que decir alguna oportunidad, sería que el piso de la regadera estaba un poco resbaloso...pero eso es pensando mucho y siendo demasiado crítico. Sin duda me volvería a quedar. Felt safe always someone at the desk. Very close to angel of independence (10 minute walk). In a nice, new apartment building on a main street but surrounded with tree lined beautiful neighborhoods. Best of both urban and neighborhood vibes with great food and coffee shops nearby. Great city views from private balcony.

Loved this property! Had a small kitchen with a tap with filtered drinking water. The views were great from my room and the location is amazing. Right where you want to be! Close to restaurants, museums and shopping. The rooftop is stunning and the property acrually has a real gym there! I will be staying here anytime I need to come to CDMX!
