Great location, walking distance to many restaurant and shopping. Easy to secure transporation if you are heading to other parts of the city. Room was clean and well kept with available cleaning services. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a panaromic view of city. Staff was responsive and many bi-lingual. Would return if another future trip takes us to CDMX.

I could not sleep. I heard every vehicle that passed by. It was extremely loud. The wifi was spotty. The sheets were not clean when I checked in. But I checked in too late to get any assistance. I woke up in the morning with swollen eyes. But they eventually went down in the afternoon.

Friendly and helpful staff, but our stay was impacted by a serious room issue. We paid for a Panoramic Room upgrade. Although the bed appeared to be made for a new guest, the sheets had visible stains, including blood, and showed clear signs of prior use. The bed was eventually changed, but only after a nearly 30-minute wait, and we were referred to Expedia rather than receiving an immediate solution. Given the premium paid, this was disappointing and affected our overall experience.

The location is outstanding – close to the metro and all the lovely walkable tree-lined streets and restaurants of Roma Norte. Felt very safe with the 24-hour desk staff present and the locked front door. Stayed in a Superior Room for a full week. Furnishings were basic, but the room was clean with city view, beautiful modern shower, and well-appointed kitchen complete with full-size fridge, Nespresso machine, and drinking water tap. The view from the roof-top bar is spectacular. Note that cleaning requires booking and an extra fee, but I was happy to be left alone. My room also did not have a safe. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend highly!

Great location, super clean building and room, filtered water in the room, friendly staff, complimentary laundry room, and rooftop bar were the best parts. The gym could use some improvement. The only negative was the shower. The showerhead was a little leaky, the shower floor was super slippery, and the shower drain kept backing up, but there was very nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Room was ok - fridge was extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep with it on. I’m sure something was wrong with it but the only solution from staff was to unplug it, which obviously left us without a fridge. In addition, after new years there was vomit outside the lift on the 7th floor that wasn’t cleaned for over 24 hours - not great! Other than that the room was clean and modern, the hotel was in a fantastic location to explore Roma Norte and Condessa.

Lovely, clean spot with a fun roof, good gym, and friendly staff. The one downside is the location (while central to a lot of things) is a very busy street that gets sirens, car horns, etc, so a higher floor and/or ear plugs is helpful.

The main balcony door was broken and not useable (hinge at bottom wasn’t attached the door/broke off). I notified the property and they sent maintenance but they couldn’t fix it. The living room and kitchen floor was very dirty when we arrived; they gave us a used sponge for out dishes. The room was very noisy for it being on the 14th floor. The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on.
