We really enjoyed staying at Uliv Mexico City. It was centrally located to many shops, restaurants and tourist sites. The rooftop had great views and the staff were very helpful.

Ok. The people Who work at the desk are awesome and nice. The property is clean, spacious and no issues about it. My complain was about shower - if I took more than 10 minutes the water got cold. Also shower head is not movable,so showering was hard for me, specially water. Removal system was not fast enough. So I will end up standing in the water. You have to wait three four minutes after shower - for water to be drained down. No room service! They have to be available- you have to tell them upfront a day before. But in my case room service did not come twice- and last day- after 4 nights they finally came! I liked the feel of apartment, rooftop has a bar with great open views. Everything else was clean. And street noise can last till 4-5 am. So, for sure take a noise canceling something. Location just can’t be better:) overall I liked it!

This hotel is centrally located. Everything is in walking distance, eateries, massage spas, grocery store, clothing stores, pharmacy, galleries, bars, cafes etc. Also the hotel staff provides the best service. They are consistently welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay. Room is spacious and modern. Fantastic view of the city, especially at night. The city is very safe, even to walk at night to go grab food. Safe hotel entry with keypad. I extended my stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

I liked how central and close it was to everything. I was able to walk to all or most of my destinations. The building lets you store your bags there until you leave even after the check out times. It unfortunately is situated on such a busy street the room is really loud. Fire trucks, honking and all sounds were very clearly heard from the 4th floor facing the street. The circulation is also poor in the building and rooms so it’s always blistering hot and humid, compared to the outside.

It's an excellent facility with a central location and easy access to transportation, but be aware of the significant street noise that can be heard in the units. This is not the fault of ULIV, but rather the architect and/or the builder.that did not install noise suppression by using low-noise transmission glazing. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. On my next visit (soon) I will stay here again, as everything else was very good.

I think there’s an in between that they’re going for wrt to being a hotel and an apt that just doesn’t work for me. No room service nor breakfast and charging for the former feels like it’s gouging at every turn. Suffice to say. The front desk is nice but it leaves a lot to desire in amenities

Staff responded immediately at night when guests were too noisy on our floor. Bathroom shower stall floor had dirty grout. Rest of hotel was kept clean. Rooftop bar/garden very pretty.
