The building looks cool and the location is good. But the interior of the rooms are not as modern and cozy as they look like in pictures. Some furnitures & facilities seem outdated and some are kinda dirty. Some walls have stains, some of the floor joints looks nasty. But the room is spacious, and staff are helpful. And the business area & roof garden are cool. I won't say it's bad but I won't stay in this place again if I visited CDMX next time.

Overall this was your average hotel, it had all of the necessary amenities and was clean. We liked having a kitchenette, although the stove was finicky. The reason for the low rating is because of HORRIBLE communication from the property. They sent a message same-day that they were going to be shutting off the water for maintenance from 11:00pm-4:00am. That message was sent on their internal messaging platform (which does not send notifications), despite communicating via WhatsApp for the past month. As a result, we had no notice whatsoever, and there were no signs posted or notes put on the door, etc. 10:00pm rolled around and we tried to use the shower (after a long day at Tolantongo), toilet, and fill up our water bottles. The water was already off 1 hour earlier than scheduled. We were unable to shower, wash our hands, or even flush the toilet. This led to an extremely uncomfortable stay as we had just returned from a day-long excursion. Despite being responsive when I messaged the property, they claimed there was nothing they could do. They denied responsibility and claimed that any partial refund decision would be Orbitz’s responsibility. Orbitz sent us back to the hotel, telling us that the property manager would need to make that decision. ULIV ruined a good part of our stay and did absolutely nothing to make it right. Don’t book here if you want basic plumbing on your vacation!

Overall, great amenities. They accommodated my request to be transferred to a different room due to the traffic noise level (we were on the 1st floor). The staff were responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. Amazing location for shops, dining, and sight seeing.

Great location in Roma Norte. Can walk virtually everywhere. Place was very clean and staff was helpful. Only negative was the loud slamming of doors on the 6th floor. It was constant throughout my stay.

Great location. Easy access to so much of the central city. The room is sizable and comfortable. It appears that these may have once been apartments as they have kitchenettes and sitting areas. The staff was very kind and communicative. The downside is the noise as others have mentioned. We were on the first floor and the street noise on a Friday night was substantial. Ear plugs and some white noise made sleeping easy. It’s a good value.

Confusing from the very beginning due to them sending a WhatsApp message telling me there would be only a security guard to let me in the property, and to have my ID ready. When I arrived, things were completely different. I stayed on a room in the 8th floor, and its like I was right next to loud traffic every single morning with no type of sound isolation at all even with all windows closed. Mattress was hard as a rock. Neither of the 2 TVs in the apartment had antennas nor were they setup for Google TV/casting, so they were absolutely useless. The "spa" never replied to my WhatsApp messages wanting to book an appointment. The shower gel and shampoo are diluted. No housekeeping for a 5 night stay, no trash pickup, no toilet paper deliveries, nothing. I wouldn't recomment this place at all.
