Very clean, excellent staff and great location - walking distance to many Interesting sights and steps away from metro bus station. Street sounds can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Remember to ask for ear plug.

Our room was great. we stayed in the Grand Apartment. Great amenities including towels and kitchen items. The filtered water in the kitchen was very much appreciated. The room was a great value. The shower could be cleaner but that is the only complaint. The staff was very nice and responsive and the location is great for restaurant, sites and public transpiration access. It is a very busy street and there is noise but we expected that in a big city at a central location. We would stay here again.

The staff was amazing but the building itself is not very soundproof. The gaps in the doors are too big so any conversation in the hallway can be heard loud and clear. The staff gave us a room in a high floor but a group of people that were staying there as well showed up at 2am intoxicated and decided to have a full conversation right outside our door in the hallway. My son and I heard everything. It may be wise if the staff put up signs that say please no noise in the hallway or soundproofed the doors.

This was a solid option for our recent stay in Mexico city. What we liked: Great location, spacious room and beautiful rooftop deck. Areas for improvement: AC was very noisy and sounded broken (loud clicking noises in the middle of the night). Couch was not big enough for 2 people. Furnishings did not match photos. Only 2 coffee pods provided for 3 night stay. Gym was under construction without any prior notice.

Three of us stayed in a one bedroom unit. It was very spacious and nice to have a dining table that we could sit around. Stayed on the 10th floor and had a great view. The filtered water tap in by the kitchen sink was a nice touch. Location was a 20-30 min walk to attractions. Only negatives was the rooms aren’t soundproof and you can hear the traffic below and the music from the roof top bar when you are trying to sleep so bring ear plugs. Also need to pay for housekeeping and fresh towels if you are staying for an extended time.

When we first arrived to our room the room was dirty and the sheets were dirty and so were the floors. The appliances make a lot of noise so it’s hard to sleep. We asked the staff for clean sheets and also showed them our room and they promised to send cleaning services but they never did. I would recommend staying at a different ULIV location. The staff also wasn’t the friendliest.

This property was exactly what we expected and provided excellent and responsive service whenever requested! City views from the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar provides unbelievable 360 views of Mexico City. Limited Food and Beverage, but easy to stock your fridge from numerous nearby restaurants, street food stands, and Oxxo stores. Loved our time in Mexico City and highly recommend! David and Diego in particular are amazing at the Front Desk, alongside all staff at the property. Very welcoming and friendly all around, a great place to stay!

The staff at the front desk and on the rooftop bar were extremely nice and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is great — countless dining options. You do hear street noise, but not enough to be bothersome and hey, it’s a city with an energetic nightlife. We did have to ask for additional toilet paper and for our garbage to be taken away (we stayed six nights), but our requests were immediately responded to. The one thing I would suggest is that the hotel either supply additional coffee pods or get different kinds of coffee makers — we searched every grocery store and couldn’t find the right kinds. Ironically there are tons of coffee shops around, but they don’t open early — a bummer on the mornings we were trying to get an early start to get on line at the Museum of Archeology or the National Palace. That said, the front desk did kindly give us a few extras when we asked. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend ULIV highly — and be sure to go to the rooftop bar at sunset. Beautiful views!!

The noise from the street was very loud 24 hours a day and it was very hard to sleep. No water pressure. 1 elevator was not working properly ans you would get stuck on the floor you were on. Sliding door didn't lock and air was coming through the window.
