Dear Hotel/Accommodation Management ULIV, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property from December 10th-December 15th in my room 108. The room did not meet my expectations. It was very dark and felt neglected. Specifically, we did not receive any cleaning service or fresh towels until three days into our stay, and only after we had complained. Furthermore, basic necessities such as toilet paper were missing, and there was not even a broom provided to sweep the room. The overall aesthetic was dark, as the room was situated in a corner with very little natural light throughout the day. I would like to know if there is anything that can be done regarding the price we paid, or if there is any possible compensation for the issues experienced during our stay. Only stay here if it’s a last resort. The images are total catfish. The place is dirty, rusty, and lots of things broken. I found an earring in the bed. The AC unit didn’t work. Holes in the floor and walls. The walls by the elevator had stains all over it. Sound travels horribly through the hallway. Would never stay here again.

Everything was a smooth process between checking in and checking out. The room had a few scuffs on the wall. There wasn’t hot water guaranteed all the time so that was the only inconvenience but overall it was a good location close to multiple restaurants/bakery shops! I really loved the cleanliness of the gym too!

The room was on the second floor and we hardly got any sleep due to horrible street noise from motorcycles, cars honking and other noises during our trip. What made this experience even worse was the fact that the hotel had initially assigned an 11th floor room during our initial reservation. However, when we arrived they said our room is on the second floor and that we’re all booked. Even worse, the front desk staff lied to us multiple times by promising they will convey our complaint to the property manager but each time the next day they came up with an excuse such as having forgotten or manager didn’t come to work or so on. Stay away this place since they don’t respect customers.

I’m surprised this place has a good rating. The hotel is spacious and the location is fairly good, but there were several issues. There is no cleaning service for stays under 7 days, and when we asked for clean towels and mugs, they never showed up. The towels were old and not soft. On top of that, there is construction right next door that makes sleeping impossible after 7:30 a.m., and street noise can be heard all night.

Room size was great, but there were a few hiccups, the shower door wouldn’t remain shut, the floors were dirty, either they weren't swept or cleaned before our arrival, outlet in the bathroom wasn’t functional, tv was crooked, and a panel by the window was peeling off, could have beeb a hazard if we had kids. On the plus side, the front desk personnel was really nice, we were walkable distance from some great dining areas, the view was splendid. We felt very safe and secure.
