I stayed at the hotel last week and really enjoyed my time there. When I first arrived, I had a small issue with my room, and Jessica at the front desk took amazing care of me. She immediately moved me to another room, arranged cleaning, and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness truly made my stay. The location was perfect for a first-time visitor and a solo traveler like me. It felt safe, busy in a comforting way, and close to so many great spots. I barely needed Uber because I could walk everywhere, and the area didn’t feel overly touristy. The staff throughout the hotel were also genuinely friendly, which I really appreciated while traveling alone. A couple of things to know: cleaning is an add-on service, not automatically included. Most travelers assume it is, so clearer messaging or including it in the room rate would help. I also wasn’t sure if the room had a carbon monoxide detector; I saw a fire detector but wasn’t certain about the rest. The room itself had a bright, apartment-style feel with great natural light. There were a few small stains and some light wear on the furniture, if you’re looking for a super aesthetic, high-design hotel, this isn’t that. But if you want something spacious, homely, and comfortable to come back to after exploring the city, ULIV is a great choice. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it especially for solo travelers. Jessica was amazing, and I’m grateful for her help.
