Arrived at 11pm so pleased that the apartment was clean & ready to use. Staff were friendly & welcoming despite our language differences. I requested an ironing board & heater which was provided promptly. Location is perfect for food, drink & other supplies. Best of all was the eConcierge on WHATSAPP. Excellent customer service. The staff are eager to help and great at handling any problems that may arise. The rooms are well maintained and clean — with all the amenities you could need for a week long stay. The distance is very short from public transportation, eccentric shops and vibrant restaurants. Excellent location (close to the cool neighbourhoods of Condesa/Roma and on a busy thoroughfare that puts you virtually on top of a major transport hub. The apartments are super clean, well equipped with all your basic needs for a short or medium length stay and some fun and funky common areas for you to use. The staff are very welcoming and helpful so I recommend highly as an excellent and good value choice for a place in CDMX
