This was a great stay for my husband and I. We felt the check in instructions were very easy to follow, we could access our room by elevator or stairs. The building has a security guard near the entrance which was very nice, they were always very polite and helpful. The amenities provides were also great, especially having A/C. The noise is very minimal, but can get more festive on the weekend. Luckily a sound machine and ear plugs are provided. We enjoyed the many great cafes and restaurants around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

As a solo young female traveler, I would recommend staying here! As a great surprise, my new AC unit was working too as a great added bonus! I would recommend for anyone. It felt safe and very clean and I much preferred it to staying in one of the hotels on Reforma. Pros: 24/7 security in the building, filtered water in the kitchen, washing machine and dryer, cute residential neighborhood, air conditioning, tons of space, everything felt very new, felt safe walking around at any time of day. Con (and this was very small, wouldn’t prevent me from staying here): the walls are a bit thin so the noise from your neighbors in the building can be a bit loud if you have noisy neighbors (I found the noise from the street to be fine and minor!) They do everything they can by providing a white noise machine and earplugs. Overall; would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious apartment in a great location

Loved the building and the management was very accommodating. There is a communication delay when they use the Expedia system and hopefully they are able to solve that problem quickly. I was staying in the top floor apartment and the heat was a little too much to sleep comfortably. There was a fan but the windows couldn't be open at night because of the mosquitos which made it too hot for me to sleep well. I think a ceiling fan and some mosquito netting could go a long way to help hot sleepers since there is no air conditioning (AC) in these apartments.

Communication was very smooth and excellent support. The security guards were kind. Rooms were relatively new and comfortable. Free water and laundry detergent should be provided as we have to wash our own towels. No road noise at all, but you can hear well when other guests make noise.

Caliente y lleno de mosquitos

Hacía un calor terrible y el departamento no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Las ventanas no tienen mosquiteros así que, además, el departamento estaba plagado de mosquitos. Una experiencia muy desafortunada.
