Welcome to this superb holiday home located on the banks of the THAU pond. A magical place for an unforgettable holiday with family and friends. This beautiful, comfortable villa with a surface area of 158 m² can accommodate 8 people. On the 1st floor you will find a large living room serving as a lounge, all opening onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of the pond, you will prepare meals in a fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer) - the sleeping area includes 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed with a view of the pond, and a bedroom with 2 80 cm beds (ideal for children). A bathroom and separate WC. On the ground floor 2 additional bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 1 90 cm bunk bed - A laundry area (washing machine) and a space for storing bicycles, a paddle, your beach gear, etc.
Outside, you can have your meals on the covered terrace. The house is fully fenced - All around a garden - Possibility to park 2 vehicles within the grounds of the property.
A true haven of peace, you will be seduced by the magic of the THAU pond and its beach ....
Pets are not allowed. NON-SMOKING accommodation - Household linen not provided.
During the heating season, a supplement will be requested for your consumption during your stay on meter readings and will be payable at the end of your stay.
