Charming Riverside Mill - Pets Allowed

Jean-Claude and Isabelle welcome you to their mill estate, which still boasts its original mechanism and waterwheel. Nestled on the banks of the Orne Saosnoise river, this mill is located 20 minutes from Le Mans and offers an ideal fishing spot for fishing enthusiasts. The idyllic parkland along the riverbank allows you to fish for pike, perch, tench, and other species (fishing license required).
Only one pet is allowed during your stay. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash on the property and never left unattended in the cottage.

There is a supplement of €10 per night for pets.

In a separate building adjacent to the mill, sharing a wall with two other cottages:
Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area with a double sofa bed, large flat-screen TV. Storage space with washing machine. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs: A large bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined together and one single bed (80x190cm), and a private bathroom in a boat cabin style with a shower, toilet, and small sink.

Wi-Fi internet access.
Electric heating is an additional charge payable directly to the owner (8 kWh included per day).

CAR CHARGING POINT.

Several outdoor areas with sun loungers, a barbecue, and garden furniture.

A mandatory cleaning fee of €50 is charged separately.

Additional charge per person/day for groups larger than 3 to 5 people: €15 per night. Please specify this when booking.

A security deposit of €300 must be registered with Gîtes de France 48 hours before arrival.

If this deposit is not registered, a payment of €300 in cash is required on the day of key collection.
