This Luxury 16 acre estate, consists of two buildings the main house and the gite, both renovated to a beautifully high standard, hidden in the heart of the Landes forest. Although hidden in the forest the beaches are within a 20 minute drive; with options of Contis plage, Lespecier or Mimizan in the same range.
The estate has a spa area, with a wood burning hot tub and sauna, there is a large covered terrace with dining area, lounge chairs and large old bread oven. 100 meters from the houses the property also boosts a lake (natural swimming pool) perfect for swimming, paddle boarding or lounging around. There is also an outdoor play park including a trampoline, swings, slide and wendy house.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, an open plan country style kitchen and dining area, there is a formal lounge and a cinema room. Also there is a separate utility area with washer and dryer.
The Gite has two bedrooms, a open plan kitchen and breakfast bar and large lounge.
On the property there are chickens, ducks and pigs.
