*** The room occupancy is only allowed the maximum of 6 occupants. Any party

exceeded the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated or reservation will be

declined from the front desk.

\- Check in time is ONLY from 4PM to 10PM. Late check-ins will have to pay

$50. Late check-ins will have to claim their wristbands from the Front Desk on

the following day.

RESORT FEE: There will be a $51.50 fee per reservation. Includes 2 fobs. Extra

fobs can be obtained for an optional fee of $10 each. Guests are required to

wear provided wristbands at all times to access amenities.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Need a little extra time? We're happy to offer early check-in and late check-

out, subject to availability. A fee of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for

the additional time. Please reach out in advance for approval.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find a fitness center, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
