Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The property needs updating. There was very little supplies in apartment no coffee pot no dishwashing soap unlike most Vrbo I have stayed at. Parking was 30 dollars a day which was not mentioned up front. The staff was great though, friendly and helpful.

Vent in back room was leaking whenever ac is on, no washcloths, check out was not at 11 it was told to us we had to be out by 10:30, not really no pots and lids, no pans, we wasn’t given no trashbags and tissue.

Building is old. Needs updating Noisy on Collins Ave Management was inconsistent and often unresponsive Disappointing fo cost There was very poor furnishings-broken lamp, no lighting near dining table so it could only be used in daytime! Furniture-LR chair was broken. Bedroom blind broken dresser drawers broken. All reported to management and absolutely no effort to repair any of it
