I noticed a smell like garbage as soon as l opened the door downstairs to gain entry to my apartment. I had to use my own scented oil spray just to make breathable

Overall this is a great spot. Great location, quiet at night, washer dryer, great AC very quiet. Please add more than two hangers in the closet, add an ironing board to go with the iron, fix the rear burner on the stove (doesnt heat up), and remove cups that are slightly stained. Even with these things, it was still a good value. I would stay again.

Me and my best friend stayed here for her birthday trip in Miami. It’s a good stay for the price, only 2 blocks away from the beach. CVS down the block and Walgreens down another. Plenty of restaurants to walk to & some shopping in between. I like the fact that the entrance to this place is on the sidewalk and you use an electric code and then you walk up the hallway to the room. Very secure & has a washer and dryer right outside the unit so you can wash your clothes before you leave. The only things that I would recommend is if the host had bigger and more towels to use for the bathroom, And there’s a little bit of black mold growing on the sink in there, and we also saw a roach. But despite that overall, it was a great state, and Walter was always easily available to text regarding our trip and our stay!

Die Unterkunft hat Mäuse. Die Treppe hat einen kaputten Handlauf.. man hat Angst, dass man runter stürzt wenn wenn das Geländer nachgibt. Die Wohnung ist alt, schrecklich und nicht sauber.
