Disliked: Cleanliness
The host never sent the instructions to get access to the unit. Around 9pm we called VRBO and the agent tried to communicate with the host and was also not able. I received a message from VRBO that the host canceled the reservation since I did not comply with age requirements. 1. I am 61 years old. 2. The youngest person in the party was my 27 year old daughter.3. I did receive confirmation of the stay.4. At no time did we receive a questionnaire of age or anything related. I had used VRBO in the past and NEVER had I have such an experience. This host is unprofessional.
