The building is just minutes away from high-end shopping, great dining, top entertainment and cultural hotspots.

Parking service rates:
One week: USD 100 per stay

Great location and clean property

The unit was very clean, the entire property is well maintained actually. The beds were comfortable and there were no issues with other neighbours at night. The check in process is not ideal, I am sure there is a simpler way to facilitate that.

Beautiful place to stay

First I wanted to say thank you to Liliana and her staff. You ladies Rock! It was a blessing we were able for an early check in to enjoy the pool and beach The place was very clean and beautiful. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t want to get up but the beach was call me. At night the balcony has the most gorgeous sunset view- great place to meditate. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would like to request my next stay before my comment gets posted and you guys snatch my dates lol

Wonderfully relaxing

The property met expectations and was as advertised. The location is splendid with easy access to pool area and beach. upon arrival we were greeted by the receiving team and were guided rapidly and ably through the registration process. Beach umbrellas and chairs were available although we did not use them as the beach is just feet away from the pool area. All in all a great place to relax in the sun.

Problem with the door. Not able to lock when leaving. Host was very rude and did not come to fix it.

Problem with the door. Not able to lock when leaving. Host Lilliana was very rude and did not come or send someone else to fix it. In general host would have been fired if it had been my unit. Just very unprofessional when contacting her. I felt like just asking for my money back due to her disrespect me with her tone and attitude when asking about the door lock system as if I was supposed to no this with no instructions. I.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE!! Instead of Penhouse I was staying in a jail house by not being able to secure the door when leaving. Other items were only one set of towels were left for two people. Towel rack was broken along with toilet paper rack was loose and in need of repair.. refrigerator freezer rack was rusted and needs to be replaced.

Loved the unit. The view was amazing.

The place was great! Exceeded our expectations. Will definitely keep it in mind for another year. After hearing about the unit my friend is going to check it out for them for next year. Only if I don't get it first. HaHa. I do have one wish, Maybe a couple more pictures on the walls and a valance on the deck door. Just could use more color. Also, the cold air return ducks are pretty black. Otherwise everything was awesome. Thank you for your great communication and for putting this unit on VRBO so people like me can enjoy it. Your manager, (I will butcher the spelling of her name so I won't even try, I'll call her Elly.) was top-notch. Thank you again for the experience.

GOOD and BAD

The apartment we stayed at was very nice. Just a few small things....we had to cover the night table with a towel because it was very sticky and it wouldn't come clean. Kind of grossed us out. The bed's mattress being very comfortable also had a "dip" to it on the left side so unless you found a spot that didn't tilt down you would roll off. (Kind of funny the first time.) You can't open the dishwasher all the way because the bottom drawer of the oven is in the way. These were really the only issues with the apartment itself. HOWEVER.....the odor coming from a unit across the hall from us was horrible. The person/people staying/living there were continuously smoking pot and the odor seeped out into the hallway and into our unit. The whole place smelled for the first four days we were there. It was horrible....getting into the furniture, bedding, our clothes.... we reported the issue to our host and contact and also to the front desk and security. All in all it was a nice place to stay...close to the beach, restaurants, and casinos.

What more can I say than perfect!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with someone who showed us all the amenities of the complex. Then the process to check in went smooth. The condo was super clean and had all the necessary chairs and kitchen supplies. There were also beach towels and shower towels. Chairs and umbrellas were also there as well! The location is close to the beach pool and shopping. I will definitely be back next year! Thank you

Wonderful stay

This place was clean and well furnished. We had beachchairs, umbrellas, beach towels coffeemaker, pots pans, plates utensils etc. We had plenty of towels and toiletries. The check in was VERY nice. I was called days prior and sent texts to check on us before we got there. Host even checked on us the first day. This was an amazing place and the host was marvelous. You will not be disappointed!

Great on the Beach building for great price!

Property was just like the pictures and the property management staff was also easy to work with! Unit has 4 beach chairs, Beach umbrella a bogey board too! Conveniently located to Shops/Restaurants and the Best Argentine lil shop directly across the street!! Highly recommend spot!!

We liked the location. More family centric and quiet. We didn't like the check in process. $30x2 for a resort fee and we didn't use any amenities. $40 to valet park or self park for one night numerous extra taxes for that location. Last, for a penthouse location, it took multiple doors to have to open with a key faub and extra time to get into 1 of 3 small elevators the building had. There were also NO shampoos or soaps or conditioners for the bathroom. That is such a small detail, but make sure you bring yours or buy some. Not a huge cost, just very inconvenient to not have for a penthouse on the beach & all the extras we were paying for.

The apartment was very clean & had all our basic needs. Its in a very central location. We arrived after check-in. The admistrator was very accommodating to our late arrival with having everything set up for us. The beds were comfortable. The view was great being on the top floor. Laundry room was clean. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for our 1st vrbo experience.
