This is a unique property with no high-rise building to the south, instead a view and easy access to Allison public Park. Beachfront views and city views are available from this unique location. Just last year the condo was updated with new flooring, countertops, Italian appliances, fixtures, and fresh paint.

Enjoy open space living with a great room creating a seamless connection between indoor living and oceanfront beach views with floor to ceiling glass. Amazing apartment in best location

Lou is awesome! Couldn't have been better. The location of the building is excellent, the apartment was amazing with incredible view of the ocean and the staff in the building are great and very kind. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Touristing in North beach

The views from this unit are to die for. The full moon shines on your bed. The spy is so beautiful and the full glass windows display the beauty of the area. For our pups the dog park on the other side of the human park right downstairs was a plus. If another lucky vacationer had not rented it I would have extended my stay for a whole month more. Absolutely loved it.

Best Stay Of My Life

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Lou the host was incredibly attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a true home away from our home in Brazil.
