This neighborhood is very special. It is a growing area of ​​Miami, with beautiful beaches and high-end towers like the Beachwalk.
It has excellent access to I-95, fast and agile so you can visit the most iconic points of Miami, without missing a second.
There are shuttle services that connect the complex with South Beach, DownTown, Sawgrass Mills, Aventura Mall, Hollywood Beach and the airport so you can get around without renting a car.
You have beautiful places to walk. Two blocks from a beautiful playground where the kids can enjoy some play time, close to Chuck´n Cheese and Flipo´s for the small ones, at meters from the sea and ten blocks from the Hollywood promenade on the beach.
