The Space:
Climb the steps and open the door to ArTease4— a spacious two-bedroom with modern aesthetic. In the living area, a vivid orange mural and a graphic print area rug add exciting energy to the cozy space. A charcoal gray sofa faces the huge flat screen television create the perfect spot to watch a great movie or catch up on your favorite TV show. A foosball coffee table adds a playful style. Throughout the entire apartment are Carrera marble floor tiles.
The kitchen is open to the living area and features clean, white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. The stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a range. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need— from the toaster to the coffee maker— to prepare meals and snacks with ease. A glass-top dining table has seating for six people. Tucked into the corner is a convenient utility closet with a stackable washer and dryer.
Each of the two bedrooms provides a space to rest and recharge. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed set against a custom graphic wall mural and facing a mounted flat screen television. This bedroom also has a large closet for storing your gear. The second bedroom also has a comfy queen-size bed, flat screen television, and spacious closet. In the full bathroom, you'll find a marble vanity sink and a step-in shower with a soothing overhead rain shower head.

Located just north of Downtown Miami and minutes from the Miami Design District and Miami Beach, Wynwood is one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, known for its iconic murals, galleries, and dynamic food and nightlife scene.
Explore Wynwood Walls, stroll along NW 2nd Avenue, and enjoy local favorites like Panther Coffee, Coyo Taco, The Salty, and popular breweries, all just minutes away.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
lease note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Television & Subscriptions Policy
Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property's accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee to cover costs and administrative expenses.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
