The hotel has a lot of hidden charges such as 48$ per night parking and $35 per day “resort fee” etc also it was so loud the first night with booming music so whole room felt like it was vibrating from bass. The hotel does look really cool and has great views but parking situation is awful and there is so much traffic in Wynwood. I forgot how busy it gets. The guy who helped me with my bags was really nice but otherwise the staff didn’t impress me.

Too much noise from the streets.. They don't have noise insulating windows so it's very noisy at all times. I didn't have any room cleaning for 2 days. It seems if you don't beg for cleaning they just don't do it.. My stay was OK but definitely not worth the price of 3k USD for 11 days..

I got 15 percent discount on food. No room upgrade but the room was comfortable nonetheless. I could only see a sliver of the bay from the roof top . There were ear plugs at my bed side- so I feared the hotel would have loud events. If they did, I slept through them without need of ear plugs. The hotel is modern and chic.
