Great staff—very friendly. Dingy room, though cute design. Got a burger and fries for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. EXTREMELY LOUD!!! The fact that they knew we were a family and gave us a room that would be facing a super loud street parade or whatever was going on was absurd. They had the nerve to leave two sets of earplugs in case things “got too loud” outside. They knew it was crazy and didn’t even warn us. Seriously got no sleep as the loud cheering, weird music and kazoo type noises lasted well into the morning. We would have opted for another room. Super hard beds!! Felt like I was sleeping on concrete. Also, I felt duped because the cutesy boho vibe pictures left out the sprawling graffiti, homeless encampments, and dilapidated concrete buildings getting jackhammered in the morning. Would not recommend…unless you like that sort of thing.

I was very impressed by all the staff including the front desk staff. Fabiola went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was complete. She was professional and always willing to answer any of my questions and assist me if needed anything. All front desk staff were kind, helpful and pleasant. My room was clean and the amenities were great! Will visit again soon!

Omg had such nice time, hotal ambience was very cute. Love having a balcony room. Food was good, rooftop pool was a vibe. Walking distance to fun activities and lots of sightseeing with the art located within the area. Cool photo opportunities.
