This is my 2nd experience at the hotel and the staff was just as helpful and friendly as before. The room was comfy and the bed held me hostage so i didn't wanna wake up early. The sheets were soft and the bathroom was clean and spacious. My only complaint is that the elevator door closing sounds terrifying, but that's understandable as they are doing construction, so I'm sure that rattling would be fixed soon. It was a great place to stay.

Never refunded for a room we never saw or slept in

My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and we were headed to Mexico with a short overnight layover in Miami. I wish I could give a review of this hotel however upon booking the room we called the hotel to inform the desk we had booked a room and we were headed over from the airport. The time was about midnight and we were exhausted and just needed a place to lay our head and get ready for our flight to Mexico in a few hours. The hotel attendant alerted us there were no rooms available and they wouldn’t be available until 11am that morning, our flight to Mexico was at 8am. With this not making any sense and us needing a hotel asap we proceeded to cancel our stay, only for the the employee over the phone to tell us that he would not be able to authorize a refund and we would have to speak to a manager. Frustrated and tired we decided to just call back the next day or two and try to speak to a manager, only to hear that the manager was not there everytime we called. Here we are in February and still have not resolved this issue. We just want our refund of $109 for a room that we never saw or slept in. At this point the professionalism in my opinion isn’t great, I would assume the staff alerted the manager of our situation yet no one has called us back or even emailed.

A lot of repair and renovations happening. The elevator was very noisy and honestly scary, giving it an unsafe feeling. The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. Not sure I would book it again without first considering the other options nearby.

Location is good. Staff is friendly. Room was clean. Booked this place for 1 night, because we had an early flight the next day. Could not sleep, because other guests were screaming in the hallways at 2am. We asked them to be quiet multiple times, but they continued being loud. We called the front desk and after that they stopped.

I did not like this property because it lacked sufficient amenities. This property does not have a microwave or refrigerator to store or warm up items. This property does not have a swimming pool or fitness center. This property does not have good housekeeping support as well. It was a very uncomfortable stay, very inconvenient, and noisy. I will not recommend this property to my family and friends.

Very well located.

Hotel is well located. Within seven minutes from the MÍA international airport. Bed was very comfy. Staff was very attentive. Nice place. Brand new, it just opened less than a month ago.
