Smart TV's can only work if they are connected to Wi-Fi Informed the owner immediately upon arrival - delayed response and no action taken. On-line photos are misleading as they were taken when the place was new. From the apartment front door entry (door not painted) to mold in shower, the place needs updating in order to justify the advertised images.
