Very dated unit. AC doesn’t really work. Pictures are much nicer than the actual unit. Great location. Great communication.

Nice place, good location

Check in was easy, went up to room and it wasn't clean yet, so we went across the street to eat, and the host contacted the cleaners. Came back and room was clean and smelled fresh. TV did not work, host sent repair people, but they never got it working. Pool is nice and the beach is a few steps away. Great location, walking distance to most things. Free trolley just a block away goes all the way to South Beach. We enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer.

I would it give it a 0 if I could.

1st when I went to see if my room was ready. The man at the desk told me to go check it for myself and if it was ready come back down and he would check me in. The tv didn’t make any sound. Got a hold of the owner and he called maintenance. He tried and tried to get he tv to work. He turned around and said it was broke and he would try to get it replaced. Never heard anything back from them. The bathroom was disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. I ask the owner for a refund. I’m hoping he does the right thing and give me my refund. I stayed the 1 night and left first thing the next morning. Tried to check out downstairs. Front desk was supposed to be there. Waited for 15-20 minutes still no show. So I let security know I was leaving. Then to charge you $37.50 a night for parking. There is a bar going across the patio doors to try to keep people out. The patio door lock is broken. Not good if you have small children.
