Directly on the beautiful beaches of Hollywood, Florida and right at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard, this gorgeous 1 Bedroom + 1 Bath condo offers you stunning Beachfront and OceanViews right from your balcony. With Porcelain tiled floors in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and main living area, this 900 sq. foot condo offers a very comfortable home-away-from-home stay for your future vacation plans. New furnishings purchased in April 2024 provide our guests with a leather Queen sleeper sofa and swivel chair in the living room and a new kitchen stainless steel refrigerator (2024), SS dishwasher (2024) and stove vent hood in the kitchen. Main Bedroom provides 2 Queen-size beds with clean, fresh, professionally laundered bed linens and a duvet with every new guest. Beach chairs (4), Beach Umbrella (1) and beach towels (4) are provided courtesy of the owners.
You will find A 50-inch screen Smart TV in the living room + a 32-inch screen television in the bedroom, a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. WIFi is free, and the username and password is provided once guests are booked.
The Condo complex offers access to amazing amenities such as a Game Room, Theatre Room, Fitness Centre, Business Centre, Outdoor heated Pool and an on-site Convenience store and Bistro providing warm lunches with delivery to you by the pool and beach.
Please be advised that this is a non-smoking unit, and we do not accept Pets (big or small). Also included are central A/C, free Wi-Fi connectivity, a beach umbrella, Beach Towels and Beach chairs. This unit has all the amenities required to make your stay enjoyable.

This condo is only 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 35 minutes from Miami International Airport, 30 minutes from South Beach and 15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale's Las Olas Blvd. You can also find close by the famous GulfStream Horse Track and Casino featuring designer shops and dining. Many more restaurants and shopping are within walking distance from the condo complex up on Hallandale Beach Boulevard. You can also take a very short drive to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Aventura Mall, and Bal Harbour shops for lots more shopping and dining options! Or take the new Circuit Trolley (the old Hollywood Trolley) for a minimal fee that offers rides to old Hollywood and the famous Hollywood Boardwalk.
Walking distance to Wal-Mart Supercentre and supermarkets Winn Dixie, Publix for easy access to grocery shopping.

Monthly parking fee for 22-31 days: $175.... All fees are paid on site. Price is per vehicle. Parking for a Second car: parking fee is $150.00. Prices are set by the Condo Association and may change without warning.
FOBs: $30 each (pricing may change without warning). 1 FOB is required per couple. Tiered fee schedule available for 3+ people...
An additional fee applies for the 4th adult staying in the condo. ($140/adult/week) Adult: 18 years old or older. Must be mentioned at time of booking.
Laundry facilities are located by the passenger elevators on every floor. A laundry card is needed and loaded ($). Laundry is a paid service. New Beach Chair Service, lounge chairs with umbrella, provided to all guests for a nominal fee (2024)
