Very clean condo with tons of space. Just wish it had a balcony but it was great for our family. The assigned parking spot was so easy and convenient. Any time I reached out with questions, I got very quick replies. This complex is walkable to so many excellent restaurants, coffee, smoothies, and don’t miss the Donut Gallery Diner and Flour and Weirdoughs for breakfast! The Oceanside pool and bar area are under construction - it will be awhile before that’s done. We spent most of our time at Crandon Beach - lots of shade under the palms, food/drink and restrooms available.

We had a great stay and hope to rent again. Unit is clean, spacious, full of amenities, and in a great location. Pool is across from unit, beach is a five minute walk once you find path. Starbucks and Golden Hog which you have to visit are across the street. Parking is easily accessible.

Great stay in Key Biscayne

Loved our time here. Beautiful koi pond just outside the window. Pool was close by too. The beach was a bit of a trek but we went to Crandon park beach which was a 5 minute drive and literally had everything you needed for a beach day! Chair rentals, food, restrooms……lots of wildlife. Truly a gem. Don’t forget to take in the sunset in the State Park. Beautiful scenery!!! The condo was clean and close to many eateries within walking distance. We very much enjoyed the quiet stay and security of the building. Highly recommend!

Great place located walking distance to many parks, restaurants, and stores. It was our first trip to Key Biscayne and it was wonderful. The unit was great. Pool, playground, beach was all wonderful. Took us a day to find the quickest route to the beach, but once we did it was very easy to get to! Will be back

Excellent apartment and superb customer service

This apartment at Key Colony in Key Biscayne is even nicer in reality than on the pictures, if possible. It has a great layout, very spacious, clean and equipped with everything a traveller might need. There were 8 of us staying and we all enjoyed our stay. The beds and sofas in the living room are super comfy. There is plenty of supplies and towels. We all had a very comfortable stay and relaxing time. Sofia is a superb host, available all the time for any questions and requests that can come up for a group of people like ours traveling from different sides and at different times. Highly recommend this apartment and host!

Wonderful get away

Easy drive from Miami airport, location is walking distance to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place met all our needs as a family spending some time together. The beach is a little bit of a walk; the pools, tennis courts, playground and other amenities helped occupy the younger ones. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The beach was perfect. A seaweed cleaning crew each morning. 2 chairs with an umbrella are available. Definitely would love to come back again, beautiful and clean place. Next time I would want to stay longer! Sofia was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Property is in a very good location. 5 min walk to the beach. Nice and quiet, not overcrowded. Multiple pools, w bar staff, lap pool, gym. Great place for families. Enjoyed water activities as well. Close to Little Havana, Coconut Grove, and Brickell which was nice. Great for families

A wonderful location and the property is great ! The condo needs to be updated with newer dishes etc for the kitchen . The tan did not work in the living room and it was warm in that area due to the windows . Overall with updating , this is a very nice place to stay ! We had a wonderful time ! My family lived on the island so very close to them !

Beautiful condo

It was a relatively new listing so I did not know what to expect. But it was a beautiful condo. Private gated community. Very safe. Walking distance to Starbucks and a couple of stores. Two beautiful pools one on the beach with a restaurant. Very comfortable for three couples. Would stay again
