Beautiful beach front condo with a magnificent beach and pool view.

Gorgeous beachfront condo boasting stunning ocean views and a lovely pool. This generously sized 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for families with children. Complimentary for your convenience are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach towels, and a compact cooler. Inside the apartment, you'll find essentials for a day or two: toilet paper, soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and garbage bags. Is there a washer and dryer on the floor (use prepaid card provided in the unit; it can be replenished on the ground floor)? The building allows 4 adults and two children under 12 years old. Accommodation for six with comfortable beds and a queen sofa bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Parking for 1-7 days totals $100. 8-14 days totals $125. 15-21 days totals $150. 22-31 days totals $175. The building requires a $20 deposit in cash for the parking permit, which will be refunded once you return the tag to the office or to my assistant if you leave at hours when the office is closed. Fob $30.00 for every two adults and any kid over 14 years old (NO ID is required) to give you access to the building's doors, gym, pool, etc., non-refundable. It is very important that you can only be registered at the office with my assistant present. $7.00 for each package to be received at the building from UPS, FedEx, etc. The only thing that you need to do before you leave the apartment is throw the garbage out. The chute is inside the laundry room next to the service elevator. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

This was a great location and had restaurants with in walking distance. The only reason for the 4 star was for the 60 charge per fob per adult. The very fine print does state a charge for a fob and I missed that. However it has to be charged to each adult. So that was 120 I didn’t expect to pay.

Overall, very nice unit with a beautiful ocean view. One thing that should be addressed was the sliding door to the balcony which was very difficult to slide open. Will definitely consider coming back.

The location is tight on the beach, the first row of hotels. This made beach access very easy. There were umbrellas and beach loungers available on the beach, and some extra chairs in the closet. The only thing i did not like is that it was noisy at night and the sheets were made of plastic. Also, I wished the skillets were not all scratched. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was clean. I wish the people working for the building and for the apartment management would speak english.

Nice condo, great view. Plenty of space for two travelers. Check in process was confusing. We were initially told that we had to check in at the office with Marcelo present. Once we arrived, we were told that the office was closed and that Marcelo would meet us the next day to check in. When I messaged Marcelo the next day asking what time he wanted to meet at the office, he told us we could check in by ourselves.

Great Location, But Falls Short on Comfort

The apartment has an excellent location, which we really appreciated. However, both the building and the apartment itself show signs of age. Some furniture would definitely benefit from replacement, and a more thorough cleaning—especially before arrival—would be highly recommended.For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

The condo we rented was as expected in fact it was roomier, the bathroom was a little tight but manageable. The view from the balcony was beautiful and you’re able to hear the ocean leaving the slider open. There were three of us staying here and there was plenty of room, comfortable furniture and dining area. The beds comfy, sheets were clean, but very worn. I would recommend placing an order for insta cart upon your arrival for toilet paper (we had 1 1/2 rolls for 3 of us), 1 roll paper towel, no tissues, no dish towels or trash bags. The grounds outside are very well kept and pretty to walk through. Some of the front desk staff were pleasant, others you felt like you were bothering them. The men at drop off were amazing, friendly and courteous. They were helpful seeing two of us were disabled.Security is top notch! We all felt safe!The pool was very nice but cloudy one day. We could smell chlorine. The next day it was crystal clear! Unfortunately, when we returned home, two days after our last pool day, my friends (she has Rhematoid Arthritis) ended up in the hospital and had to be treated for cellulitis with abscesses on her ankle. The test revealed, her infection was caused by a bacteria found in pools not properly treated. The only pool or water we were in was where we stayed, The location has nothing to do unless you have a car, Uber or take a bus. If you try crossing the street drivers will run you down disabled or not!Overall, a great stay!

Very nice condo. Great view off patio.

Great communication from owner or delegate. Initial check in process worked as directed by messaging but can cause some anxious moments. Kitchen fully stocked and all appliances in good working order. Good queen mattress and plenty of closet space. View from balcony overlooking part of parking lot not noticed for great view of pool and ocean. You hear the ocean from the balcony not the street which is wonderful. Security in the building is tight.Pool and ocean access could not be better. Cons- needed some TLC which I pointed out to owner for he has delegates who take care of condo and I wanted him to be aware. Slider to patio is a bid problem. Living room furniture not the most comfortable. I only use VRBO and travel 5-6 times per year so I try to give accurate and fair evaluation. I would rent this condo again.

The property was as advertised the view from the balcony was great peaceful and relaxing!Walk to beach is easy and our host was very responsive and helpful.When checking in bring all your guests to avoid them having to go back and get a bracelet for the grounds.overall had a great time!

enjoyed it after the frightening checkin

Thought I was a recipient of an AI scam. Front desk did not have any info on my stay and the individual I communicated with through VRBO said he would be there so I thought it was not a problem. After an hour of calling VRBO, owner, etc. we were taken to the condo. Very disturbing. All was forgiven when I asked the owner could we check out late and he was most gracious!
