Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with 6 beds. Approx. 5 mins from Hard Rock Stadium. Super close to all major highways leading to South Beach, Miami, Aventura, Pembroke Lakes areas. Approx 11.8 miles & 15 minute drive to/from South Beach (depending on traffic). 20 minute drive to/from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Directly in the middle of all of the hot spots as far as driving.

There is a lot of lighting in the home. Very open and spacious layout. Perfect space for conversation and relaxation. Great open kitchen for guests to enjoy.

CAN FIT 16 ppl. Approx. 5 mins from Hard Rock Stadium. 2 mins from Top Golf. Super close to all major highways leading to South Beach, Aventura, Pembroke Lakes areas.
