The building has an elegant lobby entrance, shops and restaurants downstairs, a deli/supermarket, pharmacy and anything a visitor could need in amenities downstairs in connected internal commercial space next door, making it very convenient for all guests.
Guest Access is easy. The guest receives a digital code to the apt door for entry, check-in time and instructions for check-in directly with concierge or the check-in office depending on time/date of arrival.
Baggage Valet/Concierge: If Guests arrive before Check-in time or plan to leave town after Check-out, they can drop off their luggage at the building Valet service. It is very convenient, safe, and costs $2/bag. Just drive up to the building entrance and you will see the bell boys who are happy to help!
Security: Once booked, Guests will be sent a form to sign on building rules and photo IDs are required to be registered into the building security system prior to arrival for access into the condominium.
Bedroom 1 has full access to the large balcony and gorgeous views.
Each room and The Living Room has its own flat screen as well, providing a spacious, comfortable social space.
The surrounding neighborhood is lovely, with Margaret Park for exercise, tennis courts, running sidewalk next to the water, and a Marina where jet skies and charted/private boats can be rented for day trips.

The ocean and the pool are at your doorstep. Take a stand up paddle board course right from your doorstep and jump in to discover the Bay!
The location is near South Beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and all main Miami monuments.
Publix supermarket is 2 blocks away, convenience stores, restaurants at walking distance. Few blocks from Art Galleries - Design District, Wynwood.
A few blocks up is the Miami Design District: Home to over 130 art galleries, showrooms, creative services, architecture firms, stores, antiques dealers, eateries and bars. Every 2nd Saturday of each month a community wide Art & Design Night is held from 7-10 pm. A popular event, Art Galleries and Design Showrooms open their doors to the public for music and refreshments.

Building Valet: $29/night
• The Building Valet parking service is convenient and payment is made at valet booth by the guest every daily. Located in front of the building lobby and allows car check in and check out multiples times a day.
