Between reservations, the home is professionally cleaned and stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, bath towels, and beach towels. Please note that these supplies are not replenished during long stays; they are included in the one-time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning services can be scheduled for $150 per session.

The kitchen is equipped with all essentials, a toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils, and dinnerware for a group of 5.
