Our stay was disappointing. Check-in was delayed by more than two hours because the property wasn’t ready at the scheduled time (4:00 pm). The TV remotes didn’t work, even after we reported the issue on the first night, and it was never resolved. The visitor bathroom sink was clogged, and the overall cleanliness could have been better.
Even though the property did not meet its own standards or the conditions stated in the listing, when we requested a partial refund, we were told that because the booking was non-refundable, no compensation would be provided. This was frustrating, as the issues clearly showed the property did not comply with its part of the agreement.
