First time staying at this property after staying at Hilton properties for the last few months. My initial impression at check-in was actually pretty terrible, and they suggested I cancel my reservation because of an issue that came up only when I arrived at the front desk at 10:30pm, without any meaningful offer of a solution. I walked out pretty frustrated and upset, but came back after a short time and was greeted completely differently and we overcame the issue and had a much better experience. The rest of the stay was nice and the room was very good, exactly what I needed for the weekend. It's not very fancy but it has everything needed to feel at home, which was important for this stay.
