I stayed in apartment 110, ground floor, it was a converted warehouse, behind Casa Coral, it has a very poor soundproofing, I could hear everything from the apartment above; Kitchen and bathroom have no extractor fans, and the windows cannot be opened. The indoor table was just a plastic garden table. The bedding was poor quality and included a fleece throw. When I asked staff to change the blanket because it had black hairs on it, they did not replace it. There is a high-pile rug around the bed, which is unhygienic and difficult to clean properly. I also forgot an expensive piece of guanciale vacuum sealed in the apartment. The staff did not contact me and later told me they threw it away, because it was considered left over food!!! F… Would not recommend.

We stayed in room 311 and it was very clean, open and inviting with a charming rustic feel. The area the house is in is very nice and walkable. There were other reviews that complained about loud ambient noise and we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. We thought parking would be an issues since there isn't anywhere designated, but finding a spot close by wasn't an issue at all and the whole area felt safe enough to park comfortably. Communication with the property manager was very quick and respectful. Overall, this was a very positive experience and would definitively recommend this location for a stay if someone I knew were looking for a place to stay in Coral Gables.

Property is centrally located and in walking distance to shopping and dining. Bedding in the room is of very poor quality and bed sits almost on the floor. Room has very old windows that allow all of the street noise to penetrate the room. Do NOT recommend this place if you are in need of R&R. I had to leave the room after one night of staying due to the bedding situation and noise and the owner/property manager refused to credit/refund me the 2 remaining nights on the reservation and would not respond to inquiries from Expedia. Overall a very disappointing stay and experience.
