Centrally Located Impeccable Apartment Unit w/BBQ

This unit is located at the bottom of a two story apartment building. The property has been recently renovated and is in impeccable condition! Can sleep up to seven people with one queen bed, one king bed, one bunk bed, and a sofa bed. Soak up the sun in the back patio while grilling using our BBQ or enjoy the cold AC while watching a movie. This AirBnb is fully furnished and includes everything that is listed in the amenities section.

This property is close enough to the Dolphin Expressway that it offers easy access to Miami Beach (under 25 minutes), and Wynwood (10 minutes away). However, the surrounding area is still residential and quiet. The property also has a shared garden and outdoor seating area available if you wish to enjoy the Miami weather.

Please note that the parking is shared, first come- first served basis. There is always additional free parking on the street available at all times.

It is located in a quiet residential area in Little Havana. With great traditional restaurants Nearby and Brickell at just 2.7 miles away, this is a dream destination at an unbeatable price. Additionally, for those of us who love the ocean and all the other iconic activities that South Beach has to offer, the property is at just 8.5 miles away...considering the bridge to get there is 4 miles long it's very close!

My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included. There are also buses right in front of the house , some are free some are just 3 dollars the ride and they will take you around Miami. However the bus is not very fast so you are free to decide which one is your best transportation method.

Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.
