The Space:
The apartment provides a private bedroom and a full bathroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, creating a flexible space. A fully equipped kitchen is available for preparing meals, ensuring a home-away-from-home experience.

Guest Access:
As a guest, you'll have complete access to the apartment and the private, fenced backyard. Your private entrance is clearly marked with a welcome sign.

Parking is available on the left side (West side) driveway. You'll have your own parking space, ensuring convenient access during your stay.

Your code will work for both the door lock and the alarm.

Other Things to Note:
Additional cleaning services are offered for extended stays, at a rate of $200 per cleaning, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

South Florida Vacation

Nice place to stay while our group explored south florida and the keys. Easy check in, clean, with full kitchen and able to sleep 4 comfortably. Jennifer, our hostess was very pleasant to work with, would definitely stay here again.
