Host never provided access information and VRBO had to cancel and help me find a last minute alternative.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Was never notified that the host was no longer a VRBO host. Took until a few hours before my check in to be told this once I reached out to support myself and had to scramble to make new arrangements the day I was traveling! Extremely disappointed with how this transpired as VRBO should be more in touch with this and not have properties listed or accept rental payments on properties that are no longer available or associated with VRBO.
