I had the pleasure of staying at CitizenM South Beach for the second time, and once again, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The entire team goes above and beyond to exceed guest expectations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly stands out. One moment that made my stay extra special was how they helped me celebrate Nowruz. When I mentioned my plans to mark the occasion, Macca and her teams, surprised me with a thoughtful handwritten card about Nowruz and treats in my room, making me feel recognized and valued as a guest. It was a meaningful gesture that reflected their commitment to personalizing the guest experience. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel at home. The level of hospitality at CitizenM South Beach is exceptional, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable! Thank you all!

1 night stay. Room was very small but very modern

We got in really late glad they had someone to check us in. Good taco shop right across the street. Its a good walk to the beach. But its a nice happening street you walk down. I wouldn't buy the breakfast. The taco shop is way cheaper and better

Super good value.

Excellent spot for solo travel. Super comfortable beds. High tech rooms controlled by iPad. Big bed. Small rooms but very chique and well laid out. A squeeze for 2, but very well designed for 1 person.

The place was very modern, cute, and clean. Extremely friendly staff. The only thing that caught us off guard at first was the bed being against the wall, so the person sleeping against the wall had to crawl over me and wake me up in the middle of the night if they had to use the bathroom. But I wouldn’t say it’s a negative, we still enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again!
