The room was nice and cleaned. Staff was respectful and courteous. I did have to ask for replacement towels after the old ones were picked up by room service. Not a big fan of the breakfast provided, it was just okay but the quality was not that good.

The staff was ok. We had to wait for the shuttle for 90 minutes to take us to the hotel from the airport. The next day the shuttle to take us to the port and it never came and we took a cab and it cost me 65 dollars

The room was outdated and the bathroom door had holes all over it like it lost a bad fight. The free shuttle was over crowded and we couldn't get on, even though we waited in the historically low Florida temps late at night for over 20 minutes so we finally paid for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The free breakfast buffet was not restocked with an hour still to go and the only thing left were a few muffins and a mob of people waiting to snatch them. Not worth the money. I'll stick with the Hilton family of hotels.If your sole reason for booking this property is th le ease of having a shuttle and breakfast, you might prepare yourself for disappointment.

The room was nice but I was told I had been put on the list for the shuttle bus to the port but the morning of my departure, I found they had not actually written my name down. I had to instead get an Uber to make it to the port in time
