Room is dusty, dirty. Looks like the carpets haven't been vacuumed in days. Check in took an hour because there was only one staff, slow systems, lack of leadership and poor management. Expedia advertises this ptoperty is 6 minutes but it takes approx. 15 minutes and the shuttle only comes once am hour on the hour. Terrible hotel, many other options avaliable.

We checked in late before a cruise and asked to schedule the shuttle for next morning but all that was available was 1:30. Having the shuttle was the reason we booked this hotel. Had to uber instead.

Room was clean. Staff was super helpful with storing our luggage while we waited for our room to be clean (we were early for check in) Easy transport to and from the airport and to the Miami cruise port. We stayed at this hotel the day before and our return day. Both stays were 5 star.

I am so glad I booked this hotel for before and after our cruise! The had a free shuttle to the Miami cruise port, gave us a free late check out, spacious room with sitting area, comfortable beds and clean. I am so happy with our stay that i will be sure to book again in the future for any cruises we do.
