Spend relaxing time in this comfortable 1-bedroom with balcony in the heart of Key Biscayne. The apartment holds a key to access the beach, which is minutes away on foot. With Winn-Dixie and numerous restaurants at walking distance, you can live the true KB experience in a pleasant, welcoming abode.

THE SPACE
The apartment itself gets great sunlight, with a strong A/C to make sure you are comfortable. The building is a few stories tall, and this apartment is located on the second floor of this elevator building. There is a pool for residents, and the beach you can access is directly next to the Ritz Carlton's. The balcony is ample as well as the kitchen, making even a day of staying in delightful.

GUEST ESSENTIALS
The apartment comes with 1 parking spot on the premises, but most needs are within walking distance. Your beach, supermarket, CVS, brunch spot, and numerous other eats are just a few minutes away.

NEIGHBORHOOD
There are only 4 buildings in all of KB that allow short term rentals! The market is scarce and this is a rare gem, be it for short term or long term.

GETTING AROUND
If you’re not planning to leave KB, a golf cart rental might be a smart alternative! A car rental is also a good move, and this listing includes a parking space.

OTHER DETAILS
Parking available on premises. No long or wide cars.

We have a hotel-trained housekeeper at your disposal and can come by once a week (or more, if desired; inquire) to clean the apartment and make sure a longer-term experience is just as care-free and tidy as a short one. A minimum 1 cleaning a month is required.

If your stay is longer than one month, additional housekeeping is required once every two weeks during your stay. This is not included in the cleaning fee, so you can pay the housekeeper directly for this service or send me the money through Vrbo and I will pay her.

IMPORTANT: This building's HOA requires a copy of government issued photo ID for all guests over 18, along with a signed document agreeing to follow the condominium's rules and regulations. This information is not shared anywhere else and is destroyed upon completion of stay. If you are not comfortable with sharing this info, please do not book!

Perfect Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Emilio's place! It was the perfect location to either walk to the beach or to the grocery store, restaurants, and other shops. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in, and it was so nice to be able to sit on the balcony overlooking the pool. We would love to stay again when we're in the area. Thank you!

Great location in need of a few upgrades

Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Unfortunately, the memory foam mattress in the bedroom had no support and we woke up each morning with sore backs. The unit was also missing a few essentials such as an iron, pizza cutter, cooking sheet, etc. I can only recommend this home to someone once the mattress is replaced.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Emillio was very responsive. Our flight arrived well before check in time, and he said we were welcome to leave our bags in the room and enjoy the pool and beach until our room was ready. (Which was ready early. Thank you, Emillio!) There was even a handwritten note with a delicious tin of pirouette cookies waiting for us on arrival. A very nice touch. I've stayed in many VRBO properties and have never had a handwritten welcome note. Not that I can remember, anyway. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and was exactly as described/pictured. The couch was firm, (I don't recommend plopping down on it) but surprisingly not uncomfortable to sit on, and the bed was memory foam, comfy even though much softer than my mattress at home. The AC worked great, as described. The beach was a short walk away, as were the restaurants. We didn't have a car and didn't feel the need for one, but bring your walking shoes! We even walked to Bill Baggs and explored the entire park on foot. We liked it so much, we went back the next day and rented one of the two-seater bicycles to pedal around. The beach was beautiful, but water was unfortunately a little too cold in April for us Georgians. My only recommendation would be black out curtains in the bedroom. (There are vertical blinds, but I live in the woods am not used to streetlights at night.) If you're looking at Emillio's place, book it!

Tranquil clean property - great location

Great location in Key Biscayne. Unit was very nicely decorated and clean. Emilio the owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.
